Album and single production
Multitrack tracking, mixing, & mastering
We work on transparent, capped flat-rate project packages rather than an open hourly clock, so you can focus entirely on your performance without stressing over every minute. Because a 4-track acoustic project requires different studio time than a 40-track session, final packages are customized around your total track count, instrumentation, and tracking needs. Every flat package includes a generous hour ceiling, two dedicated revision rounds, and full artist ownership.
Single production:

EP production:
Scope: 3-5 Songs

Production FAQs & Studio Policies

Studio time starts promptly at your confirmed call time. The first hour focuses on drum tuning, mic alignment, amplifier dialing, and configuring individual headphone mixes. We structure the remaining block around tracking foundational tracks, stacking overdubs, and capturing rhythm/lead instrumentation based on your pre-production plan.
-
Yes. Unlike our live soundstage sessions, studio production packages are designed for sonic perfection and deep arrangements. We comp lead vocals, punch in instrumental corrections, double-track guitars, layer synths, and build polished, release-ready arrangements.
-
You are welcome to use our house tube amps, bass head, upright piano, and tuned Pearl Masters drum kit, or bring your own signature gear. Review our full Studio Gear & Backline list in advance. An accurate gear manifest must be submitted two weeks prior to your session date so input patches are configured ahead of load-in. All guitars and basses must arrive with fresh strings and proper intonation.
-
Absolutely. If your project utilizes click tracks, MIDI maps, or pre-recorded demo guides, consolidated WAV audio files and tempo maps must be sent at least 48 hours prior to call time so our session templates are populated before you walk in.
-
Every package includes professional multitrack leveling, surgical EQ, compression, spatial effects, automation, and vocal tuning/editing, followed by final loudness mastering. You receive up to two included revision passes per track to dial in mix balances to your exact taste.
-
To keep the facility running on schedule, session time covers arrival through teardown. If your tracking runs past your scheduled package block, additional studio time is billed at our standard $45/hour rate in 30-minute increments, subject to engineer and room availability.

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your production dates on our calendar. Dates may be rescheduled once without penalty with at least 7 days' written notice. Final high-resolution stereo masters, uncompressed WAVs, instrumentals, and mix stems are delivered digitally once all project balances are settled.
