Your session clock begins promptly at your scheduled call time. The first 60 to 90 minutes cover load-in, patching, and dialing in your custom headphone mixes. The remaining window is dedicated to your continuous live performance passes and on-site take review before load-out.

Each song is allotted up to two full performance passes. This gives you room to deliver an energetic first pass and capture an alternate feeling or fine-tune details on the second. Technical retakes caused by studio gear or camera resets never count against your takes or time.

You are welcome to use our house tube amps, bass rig, upright piano, and tuned Pearl Masters drum kit, or bring your own preferred rigs. To ensure input patches and sightlines are dialed before cases open, a complete gear manifest must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your session date. If using our drum kit, please provide your tom layout and handedness in advance. We support up to 32 discrete tracking channels, and all outside instruments must arrive flight-ready with fresh strings, set intonation, and buzz-free isolated power supplies. Every player receives an independent stereo mix. We provide four personal mixer controllers on the tracking floor for individual station control, with additional player mixes engineered directly from the console. If your set requires a click or pre-recorded backing tracks, files and tempo maps must be sent 48 hours in advance.

You will deliberate with our engineer in the control room to lock in your preferred takes before wrap. Control room playback is raw tracking audio to evaluate performance energy, not the final balanced mix. Because raw multi-camera 4K cinematography files require high-bandwidth syncing and color grading in post-production, raw video scrubbing is not available on-site.

Your package time block covers arrival through load-out. If you run out of session time to deliberate on-site, our engineer bounces raw reference MP3s for your band to review at home within a mandatory 48-hour selection window. Any extended tracking or control-room deliberation beyond your scheduled block is billed at our standard $45/hour studio rate in 30-minute increments, subject to engineer and room availability.

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date on our calendar. Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty with at least 7 days' written notice. Initial mix passes and edited 4K visual drafts are delivered digitally within 2 to 3 weeks, followed by your included revision cycle. Full master files, unbranded 4K video exports, and mix stems are delivered once final balances are settled.
